Privacy Policy

Version of November 5, 2026. This policy is published in several languages; if the texts differ, the English version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

1.1. The personal data controller is Sole Proprietor Dmitrii Poralo (IP Poralo Dmitrii Olegovich), Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, TIN (ИНН) 20806198740006, Registration No. 004-2026-169-804 (the "Controller"). The Controller receives and handles requests sent through the forms on the pages listed in clause 1.2.

1.2. This policy applies to the language versions of the home page — https://poralo.su/en, https://poralo.su/es, https://poralo.su/fr, https://poralo.su/zh, https://poralo.su/hi, https://poralo.su/ar and https://poralo.su/pt — and to correspondence with the Controller about requests sent from them. It has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information".

1.3. The Russian version of the home page (https://poralo.su) and the website order service (https://poralo.su/sites) are run by another operator under its own policy (https://poralo.su/privacy). This policy does not apply to them.

2. What data we collect

2.1. From the "Describe your task" form: a description of the task the user wants to hand over to an AI employee, a contact for our reply (Telegram username, phone number, WhatsApp number, WeChat or email address), the language of the form and the visitor's country, if it could be determined (clause 2.3). Optionally, the user can add their role in the company, the number of employees and a monthly revenue range.

2.2. Technical data: IP address and browser information when the form is submitted; cookies and website visit data via Yandex Metrica (section 5).

2.3. The visitor's country is determined from their IP address at the time of the request, using the DB-IP database stored on the server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, https://db-ip.com), so that the page can be shown in a suitable language. The IP address is not stored or shared with anyone for this purpose.

3. Why we process it

3.1. To respond to a request: assess whether an AI employee would pay off for the user's task and arrange a call.

3.2. To protect the form from spam and understand how visitors use the pages.

3.3. To show the home page in the visitor's language.

4. Legal basis and consent

4.1. Data from the form is processed with the user's consent, which they give by ticking the box in the form before sending it. Without consent the form cannot be sent.

5. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

5.1. The pages use the web analytics service Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC). The service stores cookies in the browser and sends Yandex anonymised visit data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and the referral source.

5.2. This data is used to count visits and improve the pages. The Controller does not use it to identify visitors.

5.3. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings and the pages will keep working. By continuing to use the pages, the visitor agrees to the use of cookies.

5.4. The "lang" cookie remembers the home page language — chosen by the visitor or selected automatically — for 1 year. It is used only to show the page in the right language and is not shared with third parties.

6. Who the data is shared with

6.1. The Controller does not sell or disclose data to third parties, except where this is necessary for the purposes in section 3:

• the hosting provider — hosting the website and data;
• Telegram — notifying the Controller of a new request;
• YANDEX LLC — Yandex Metrica (section 5).

6.2. Data may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.

7. How long the data is kept

7.1. Data is kept until consent is withdrawn or for 3 years after the last contact with the user, and is then deleted.

8. User rights

8.1. The user has the right to know what data about them is processed, to require that it be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent.

8.2. To withdraw consent or ask a question, write to the Controller on Telegram: @poralo or by email: poralo.ltd@gmail.com. We reply within 10 business days.

9. Data protection

9.1. Data is stored on a protected server, and the pages work over a secure HTTPS connection. Only the Controller and the software that processes requests have access to the data.

10. Changes to this policy

10.1. The Controller may change this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published at https://poralo.su/en/privacy.
